The team at Midwest Autoworx is great. Not only are they very knowledgable, they are great communicators! The work with me on my 1993 Subaru Wagon to keep it not just going, but going strong. I'm moving to another state and will be sad to lose them as my car caregivers!

The team at Midwest Autoworx is great. Not only are they very knowledgable, they are great communicators! The work with me on my 1993 Subaru Wagon to keep it not just going, but going strong. If there is extended work they have to do, they have loaner cars available. Everyone takes time to talk through the work being done, including the owner coming out to give me a run through of the special work around done for a part that can no longer be found (they tried, as did a good friend of mine in the parts business) They also gave me a notated copy of my wiring schematic so I can have it for the next mechanic that works on my car. I'm moving to another state and will be sad to lose them as my car caregivers!

The work done was satisfactory. However, they refused to install a Ford branded part that I had purchased elsewhere. Their excuse was that they don't install third party parts.

I've been taking my vehicle here for a while. The staff are very friendly and professional, the prices are very fair and they even offer to drop you off if your vehicle is going to be a while. There is also a clean and quiet waiting room with WIFI if you prefer to wait on your vehicle. This is a great place to trust good service work to get done on your vehicle.

I have been going to Midwest for about 2.5 3 years now. Ryan Brett and Levi are definitely the people that you'd like to meet going into a mechanics shop. They are personable and polite. They won't try and sell you things you don't need. I like how they perform tests and are proactive with my vehicle maintenance. That way I know what's wrong or will be going wrong and what my vehicle needs to perform ergonomically. I have met a few of the mechanics as well. They all have alot of knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repairs and will not hesitate to go searching for answers when need me. Mr. James Copeland has put together a winning team for sure! I will continue to take all of my vehicles here and recommend Midwest Autoworx to everyone I know!
