Good customer service but has a bad habit of misdiagnosing problems, at least in my experience. I have taken two cars to them, (the ONLY reason I went back was because of the good customer service) The first car I had them work on had to be taken back THREE times until it was finally fixed properly. The second truck I took to them, I was told needed a $700 manifold replaced. $700 later the truck ran worse. They acted like there was nothing wrong with it when I took it back (but did try to upsell me new brakes several times, which I thought was tacky) Finally they admitted that it was a sensor that was bad. I also had them put new spark plugs in during the initial visit. Two weeks later the engine sounds like it is knocking, had a different mechanic check it out and was informed that a spark plug had been put in improperly! I do not recommend wasting money at this place, they are friendly and seem accommodating but I feel like it is an act to get you to trust that they know what they are talking about.
I apologize if there is a misunderstanding, I went thru your history and we did service your Ford Ranger on 03/05/2016 for a motor vehicle inspection and replaced a drive belt but no drive ability work was performed according to our records , or an exhaust manifold. In fact the total invoice was less than $150 , no other invoices for this truck are in my system. I have three invoices for the Audi, the first one was just an inspection on the first visit, then came back on the next day to have the repairs to the exhaust and then 2 month later to have a popping noise and brake inspection and repair. Please contact me, James Copeland the owner at 573 474 5574, so that I can help you clear this up as I am assuming that you had the truck serviced somewhere else.
