It is nice to be able to deal with your company over the phone. Brent was able to understand what I wanted and make me feel good about completing the job. Also able to find other issues and fix them. Lastly, when the car was brought back in, you took care of the issues without questions. It is nice to work with a company long distance, when you need to help your son out.

Update: The owner of the shop/company called me personally and was apologetic about the way I was treated. I'm sure it was just a fluke or and accident the way I was treated. Autoworx seems like a great auto company and seems to do quality work for a good deal. I do recommend them Called one week ahead of time to, and I quote, "look underneath my truck and get an estimate for a custom dual exhaust on my 2000 S10 ZR2" in which they reply "yeah not a problem! We can do that! When can you come in?" Upon showing up and telling them I had an appointment scheduled, they refuse to put my truck on the lift and proceeded to tell me how I should never do that with my engine and that it'll sound like crap. You couldn't tell me that over the phone and saved me a trip? They also began to assume I had done zero research and knew nothing, and began comparing my V6 to a corvette. "That corvette outside would sound good, but yours is going to sound awful". Well no kidding, v8 sports car vs v6 truck? Mine might sound worse in comparrison, but I like the sound of a v6. I get that they're trying to help me save money there however, I could do without the decline of service and funny looks. I told you I wanted to do what I came in for, even after your advice. I want my truck on the lift getting an estimate like you had promised over the phone. Another day over the same issue, the same people told me it wasn't possible. Um...no? You just told me 3 weeks ago It'd be a bad idea "What about this one I saw on the street the other day?" "Well, yeah it requires some custom pipe bending..." yes...I'm aware, that is why I am here trying to get and estimate. "...it'll run you about 750-800 bucks" which is why everyone on the zr2 forum says they did theirs for 300...okay. I finally later took a flowmaster to them and had them weld it to the stock pipe (in which I got funny looks for putting a flowmaster on my v6) and when it was done I looked underneath and the weld job was honestly pretty messy. Charged me 60 bucks after telling me it'd cost 30. It sound awesome by the way, don't know what the funny looks were for. Not pleased and won't be going back.

James and the gang always do a great job. Highly recommended. All of my family members in Columbia use Midwest as do many of my friends at my recommendation.
