Not to sound too nostalgic and I am not that old but yor service is what I envision service station service was like in the 50's or 60's. little bit of "back to the future".

They did an excellent job. Made sure they gave me estimates before work, explained it all very well. Courteous, friendly. Good place Ill recommend to others!

Went in for an oil change, got a complete inspection included. Was ahown items that were in need of repair, no pressure to repair. Explanation given, didn't feel like they were talking down to me because I am a woman.

Jennifer and James are the best folks I've dealt with in town when it comes to auto maintainance and repair. They do a fantastic job of doing what you ask, and advising of possible issues they observed, but they do not push you on getting the additional things done like many shops do. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting an easy, pressure free trip to the shop!

I first learned about Copeland's Auto Service (now Midwest Autoworx) about 20 years ago when my parents told me that no one else could fix their 1978 Mercedes Benz but James Copeland. They had taken it to three different places and only Copeland's would work on it from that day forward. In my own experience, they have fixed my problems the first time and done it for a fair price. I love that when I get an oil change, they give my car a full 30 point inspection and help me plan out my preventative maintenance in a way that fits my pocket book. I highly recommend them.
