I recently had significant work done to my 2001 BMW that had been sitting idle in storage for over 3 years. Their team of mechanics did an outstanding job on the restoration of the engine and other miscellaneous parts that needed replaced. Ryan was my customer service representative thought the whole process. Sharp, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He could easily explain things to me. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of auto repair. Outstanding group of professionals.

Friendly and fast with honest pricing. Have used several times and will use again.

First off, very friendly people and nice environment. However, they wanted to charge me almost $200 just in service (not including parts) to install a new mirror and front right headlight. To a hands on individual like myself, replacing both of these would take less than a half an hour or so and can easily be done. Maybe this is fair to others, but not personally for me. On top of this, I was given an estimate to fix a bent ball joint that was initially a reasonable price. They called me back after I had already dropped my truck off and told me there was an error in the estimate and that that the new price to fix it was nearly 45% more than the initial estimate. This is just my own personal experience, and hopefully im in the minority.

All the work I have had done on both of my vehicles has been very good. They have, on several occasions, done additional services for little or no charge. They run a very good repair and maintenance shop.

What a wonderful job they did at Midwest Autoworx on our 1988 Corvette. It looks beautiful after having a brand new ragtop and new leather seats. The other work done was outstanding, and the car runs beautifully. Special thanks to James, Ryan, Eddie and German for the great work. I was driving my 24 years old son from Chesapeake VA to Denver CO (Father son trip). We drove for 16 hours and decide to stay in Boonville MO. When we went to take off the next day our CRV was dead. We tried to jump vehicle but the CRV would not start. We contacted AutoWorx because they were the only garage open. What a blessing they turned out to be. This was on a Saturday They immediately came and towed our vehicle to their shop and started working to pin pointing the problem. They found 1 of the major fuses had been blown but they wanted to find out why? It turned out to be a short in the starter. They did not have the replacement starter in the area so they drove 30 minutes away to Colombia MO to pick up the part. They had our CRV repaired by noon. We finally made it to Denver CO. I would highly recommend Midwest AutoWorx to everyone traveling and in the area. The staff was great, the environment was excellent, and the price was more than fair! Thanks again Autoworx team for taking care of us. By the way they let my son and I use one of their vehicle to go and a bite to eat :)
