This was my second time going to them and both times they were courteous on time and honest about what my car needed how much it would be they don't try and make you spend more than what you can and they don't take advantage of women that come into their shop like most mechanics do. I love going to Midwest autoworx and I will continue going to them if ever my car needs further work done. Their prices are very reasonable.

Although my visit may have not been the greatest to start out with for odd reason, and it didn't help that I look like what most people consider "A Thug"-(Black Male), I was sure I was going to get some candy ass kind of treatment anyway, BUT I didn't the guys where actually very nice and respectful to me although I did have a couple other small issues that I won't mention because I don't want it to take away any of the good customer experience I got in the end, but after I picked-up my car from initially being fixed the 1st time it drove good for a day and then the next day it broke down again I called the guys back and they told me to bring it back up there they checked it out on the machine in front of me seeing that it was what they had replaced they got the car in that day and had it back to me the very next day after that and the car has ran Great and not to mention that second initial fix was all covered under warranty- labor, I really appreciate it that the guys took real good care of me Thank You!! Car needs a new catalytic converter, they tried to charge us $760 plus for a part we can get at autozone for $138.00. what a rip off! We wont be back!

Made appointment through web page for an oil change, but they didn't have a record of it when I arrived. They got me in anyway, but it took over an hour and a half. I ended up being much later to work than anticipated, but they were apologetic at least.

They charged me for everything necessary, no extraneous or outrageous additions like, "removed weed smell" or "replaced golden rims because your old golden rims were too cheap so we charged you for better golden rims because you totally had golden rims before." These guys were nice, they perfectly tolerated my poor social skills (I am horrible with phone calls), and my car runs great now. 5/5

Absolutely Great, women this is the place to go. They show you what is needed and do it! No telling you, you need this or that but just down right “honesty”.
