I was able to get in and out without an appointment. The gentlemen were nice and respectful. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like a nuisance.

Thank you, Skylar! Happy we could help.

We have been going to Midwest for probably 8 years now, and they are the best. They are trustworthy, friendly, helpful, and communicative. They remember me when I come in, and that says a lot.

Thank you, Rachel! We enjoy having you as a customer. Many happy returns.

The rudest service ever. Instead of trying to help, they argue with clients. I will never come back.

Your vehicle recently failed a state safety inspection for an inoperable headlight. At the time of inspection you declined to repair the headlight. A few days later you returned with a photo of the vehicle with two working headlights and asked that we give you a passing inspection. It was explained to you at that time that any vehicle being inspected must be brought to a certified testing facility. Legally, we can not accept photos or receipts of repairs and certify that the repairs have been made. All vehicles for inspection must be inspected or reinspected by a certified inspector at a certified inspection facility in accordance with state law.

Just went in for a motor vehicle inspection. Had an appointment, and it was very quick. In and out in less than 30 minutes. No trying to upsell. Great first experience. I will go to them with repairs in the future

Thank you, Josh! Many happy returns.

If I could give negative stars I would they wanted 600 for an 100$ alignment & a 50$ tire rod when it just passed inspection so how would it need a tire rod two weeks later ?

We are not able to speak to the condition of vehicles before they arrive at our facility. We are also not able to speak to inspections performed by third-parties. The vehicle was brought to our shop with the customer's concern asking for an alignment due to uneven tire wear and a slight shake while driving. The uneven tire wear described is consistent with alignment damage. Before an alignment can be performed technicians verify that there are no worn suspension components that would prevent a proper alignment. The technician found that there was abnormal movement in the left inner tie rod which would allow enough play so that the vehicle could not be aligned properly. The estimate you received included the cost for the tie rod, labor to change the tie rod and the alignment. We also recommended a wheel balance to remedy the shaking.
