Terrible shop. I had a clutch replaced here that failed 4 times and on the fifth they tell me they have to put a new one in and charge me for all the parts. Clearly they don’t trust their staff to warranty their labor so why should you trust them with your car? The answer: you shouldn’t.
Sorry that you had so much problem with the Mustang clutch, the problem with putting on high performance parts is that they are used for high performance and are used in extreme conditions which we have no control over. We took care of the all the parts and labor on the complete clutch replacement the second time except for the fork and ball which were not replaced during the original repair, a year later the clutch was failing again and upon removal found that the clutch and flywheel were destroyed from extreme use, we again covered all the labor and this time could not warranty the racing clutch as the manufacturer said it was abused. You had to pay for the parts and we took care of all the labor...... no other repair shop in town would even warranty racing parts on a car and we have learned a lesson from this experience also. Clutches that are used for high performance fail by the nature of how they are being used and we cannot warranty these parts.
