Got me in for a rotation same day I called. Reasonable wait time and great guys at the counter. I always come back!

Honest and reliable service. They do not take advantage of you but explain what needs to be repaired now or in the future.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from autoworx JJ the service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Stranded at 2:30am our radiator hose blew up in the middle of a road trip with our dog. We were able to get towed to Midwest Autoworx and the customer service was outstanding. They picked us up from our hotel, let us it with our dog in their lobby and got our car fixed hours ahead of the estimate. They also didn’t try to upsell us or try to get us to do unnecessary repairs. They priced us fairly and went above and beyond. Kyle was nothing but kind and did everything he could to get us on the road and get our parts as soon as possible. I will never love breaking down in an unfamiliar place but these guys were just awesome! Will be hero’s in our book forever!!!
