This was my first mechanic visit in Columbia after moving here this August, and I came to them very anxious and stressed out. I hoped they could replace my broken front license plate bracket with one I bought because I'm exhausted and can't afford tools, and I also needed help for a chronic blinker issue that's trapped me in a revolving door with multiple mechanics since January. Another mechanic I called beforehand bluntly refused to replace the bracket, so I came to Midwest Autoworx due to their online reviews and their tagline "no job is too small or too big." The crew here were kind and patient with me, and went out of their way to double-check what I wanted, explain what they wanted to do, and how much it would cost beforehand. They never made me feel stupid or mocked me about the bracket, and they not only cleanly replaced it, but they also fixed the underlying blinker issue that the other mechanics kept missing! They also made it abundantly clear that they're not in this for the money (as I was actively trying to shove a cash tip at them). This is a very accessible place for low income people and people who've had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, and I'm making them my new home mechanics!
Thank you for the awesome review Noel! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
