I was recommended to go here and I was not disappointed. They found the problem when another shop couldn't. They were quick to get me in and even quicker resolving the issues. What I liked most was the constant communication they provided via text, email and phone throughout the day while I was at work, giving me updates and suggesting other areas that needed to be addressed as well. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust, so I will definitely be back!

I've never been let down or received bad service with these guys. The service is fast and friendly and I don't go anywhere else for vehicle service and repairs. They do there best to go above and beyond for their customers, no matter if it's you're very first time visiting or repeat customers. They set themselves aside from any other repair and maintenance shop by making it obvious that every single customer in important to them. It's honestly a pleasure doing business with them and I know my vehicle as well as my wallet are in good hands with this team! Keep up the outstanding work.

Mine is an old car, and I'm always leery of putting money into it -- the professionals at Midwest Autoworx consistently provide me with criteria, both pros and cons, to help me decide what repairs and maintenance I should invest in, and what I can delay or avoid. As a result, the car is in great shape for its age, but it hasn't drained my wallet. And I appreciate being treated respectfully and courteously, not as if I'm "only a woman."
