I love you guys! You are always thorough and happy to explain completely what is going on with my car. If I have any leftover questions, I can go home and look things up and make the whole picture make sense. You do excellent work.

The guys at Midwest are amazing! They call when more than expected is involved with the repair. I had to have my alternator belt replaced due to it splitting in two and they were able to find that it was damage from a previous repair to the water pump from another mechanic. They helped me get the issue resolved properly and were so easy to work with through out the entire process!!!

The mechanics did good work but the company Charged an exorbitant amount for diagnostics. The cost to replace the distributor was $460 which would have been fair had this included the cost of finding out the problem. I brought the vehicle into them informing them that showed a bad sensor which is part of the distributor that they replaced they charge me a total of $380 in diagnostics just to find exactly the problem that the code reader showed. Charging such an extreme amount for diagnostics in addition to a high repair cost. This is a $130 part that takes one hour of shop time to install this was a extremely unreasonable pricing.

Very bad experience I use to use the location in Booneville all the time and so did my good friends Rocky and Al but sadly they said they would make things right and really didn't even try. The manager on Saturday said we would speak today and I felt ignored by him he only waved at me outside and that was it. I went in for an inspection and oil change and also had them put expensive windshield wipers of when I went out to get in my truck it wouldn't stay running so I went back in they pulled it back inside and never did figure out what the issue was but they sure did try to upsell the hell out of me to the tune of 1500 which if this problem hadn't acured I would have had them do. But now theyve lost my business indefinitely because the next day I went to get into my truck and put it in gear and my alarms went off telling me to check the break system my break line had blew I call and spoke with James and then Richard on the phone that day and they said they would take care of it but now it's costing me an extra 200 dollars
